Dedicated Account Teams

Although cSubs makes extensive use of technology, we believe that computers cannot offer the same level of personal attention as a caring, motivated human being.

Every cSubs account is personally supervised by our principals — our president, Julie Sue Auslander, executive vice president, David Rifkin, and senior vice president, Kenneth S. Redler. Day-to-day responsibilities are assigned to a dedicated account team including a Senior Account Supervisor, Account Executive, Customer Service Representative, and Publisher Relations Manager.

cSubs account teams are divided along industry lines, to ensure that each team develops a strong working knowledge of industry publications and the unique needs of different corporate sectors.

Having a dedicated account team means there are several people assigned to your account, so they understand your company, your needs, and your industry. When you pick up the phone with a question, you'll speak with the same dedicated group every time you call.
