Flexible Orders & Renewals

Being so flexible, CSMS offers broad options for new orders and renewals.

You can order through customized website, of course – or, if you prefer, we can accept orders by email, mail or fax.

Talk about flexibility – you can have single or multi–level approvals, varied approvals on new orders distinct from renewals, second approvals on higher cost titles, even alternate approvers to accommodate vacations and travel. Approvals can be routed electronically with email notification, or we can verify approvals on orders by fax or mail.

Similarly, we offer a variety of renewal options. Choose from monthly, quarterly, semi–annual or annual renewal lists with convenient CSMS Just In Time Invoicing SM. Renewals can be sent directly to subscribers, or to subscription coordinators or department managers. We can provide renewal lists over the Internet, or by email, in an ASCII or spreadsheet file, or on paper.
