Approvals can be routed electronically with email notification, or we can verify approvals on orders by fax or mail. And the approval trail for every order is immediately available to administrative users using cSubs Real-Time Reporting.

With cSubs, you have a flexible, rational interface to the subscription renewal process -- insulating you from the chaos and confusion of having to deal directly with publishers and their multiple renewal notices.

cSubs renewal options let you choose from monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual renewal, all with convenient cSubs Just In Time Invoicing^SM. Renewal notices can be sent directly to subscribers, subscription coordinators, or department managers. We can provide renewal lists live on the cSubs site, by email, in a spreadsheet -- or even as hardcopy.
