Dedicated Account Teams
Although CSMS makes extensive use of current Internet and AI technology, we
believe that computers cannot offer the same level of personal attention as
a caring, motivated human being.
Every CSMS account is personally supervised by our principals — our president,
Julie Sue Auslander, and executive vice president, David Rifkin. Day–to–day
responsibilities are assigned to a dedicated account team including a Senior
Account Supervisor, Account Executive, Customer Service Rep and Publisher Contact
Assistant.
CSMS account teams are divided along industry lines, to ensure that each team
develops a strong working knowledge of industry publications and the unique
needs of different corporate sectors.
Having a dedicated account team means there are several people assigned to
your account, so they understand your company, your needs, your industry. When
you pick up the phone with a question, you’ll most likely get an answer,
not just a voicemail. And you’ll speak with the same dedicated group,
every time you call.
CSMS employees are actively encouraged to build strong relationships with client
management and individual subscribers, to do whatever it takes to make them
happy–quickly, creatively and efficiently. You’ll be assured of
personal attention, prompt service and thorough follow–up at all times.
